WHERE WE STARTED...

In 1998, a group of compassionate priests of the Legionaries of Christ witnessed the devastating poverty within the remote communities of Mexico and devoted themselves to a mission of serving those in physical and spiritual need. Deeply inspired by uplifting the poor, Catholic World Mission was born. 

Our work began in one country through projects that we continue to support. Mano Amiga Schools, Full-time Lay Missionaries (Evangelizadores de Tiempo Completo), and Seminarian Support are the projects which paved the way to where we are today. 

WHERE WE ARE TODAY...

After 25 Years, we are in awe of how our Faith has carried each of us to pursue the same mission of uplifting those in spiritual and material poverty.

Together, we have provided long-term uplift to those in need in over 35 countries through projects of Evangelization, Dignified Living, and Education!
